Revenue increased mainly due to growth in the U.S. business following the consolidation of MyMo Holdco, Inc. as a subsidiary. Although increases in raw material, logistics and other costs were largely absorbed through price revisions and other measures, operating profit declined due to the impact of acquisition-related expenses and other costs associated with the M&A transaction.
