「During the first quarter of the current consolidated fiscal year, effective 1 January 2024, the company completed an absorption-type merger in which the company was the surviving company and 株式会社リンクグローバルソリューション was the absorbed company. During the same period, 株式会社リンクジャパンキャリア was the surviving company and 株式会社リンク・インタラック was the absorbed company. Following the merger, 株式会社リンクジャパンキャリア changed its name to 株式会社リンク・インタラック. In addition, effective 1 January 2024, 株式会社リンク・アイ was the surviving company and 株式会社リンクエージェント was the absorbed company.」
