The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The Company pursued entry into new markets, development of new demand, streamlining and efficiency improvements, a shift to a more operationally efficient structure, and fundamental reform of its cost structure. In the HS business, the acquisition of new customers and expansion of share among existing customers contributed to profit.
