「At a Board of Directors meeting held on 22 February 2024, the Company resolved to enter into a fixed-term building lease agreement concerning the relocation of its head office, and entered into the building lease agreement on 25 March 2024. The details of the head-office relocation are as follows. ① New head-office location Tokyo Toranomon Global Square, 3-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo ② Relocation date 1 July 2024 (planned) ③ Reason for relocation As the number of Group companies has increased with business expansion, the Company intends to consolidate the head office and the main locations of its operating companies to further promote communication and strengthen collaboration within the Group.
