In November 2025, the Fifth Medium-Term Management Plan was updated, and from April 2026 the business divisions were changed from an area-based structure comprising Motor & Energy, Semiconductor, Agent and Next Career to a functional structure comprising the Tamaru Work division, the Temporary Staffing and Recruitment business division, the Solutions Sales division and the Service Platform division.
