Reason for the revision

Membership at existing stores has increased and business performance has remained solid as a result of active promotional activities, including campaigns rolled out across all stores, and the planned introduction of new amusement services. In addition, selling, general and administrative expenses are expected to come in below the plan set at the beginning of the fiscal year due to greater operating efficiency resulting from improvements to the organizational structure and improved cost-effectiveness of advertising and promotion expenses and system-related expenses.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended October 2025: net sales of ¥9,731 million, operating profit of ¥2,311 million, ordinary profit of ¥2,318 million, net income of ¥1,528 million, and earnings per share of ¥96.11
Dividend forecast revisionThe annual dividend forecast was increased by ¥5, from the previous forecast of ¥46 to ¥51 per share. The year-end dividend forecast was increased from ¥20 to ¥25, while the second-quarter-end dividend remains unchanged at ¥26.
