「The Business Administration Department works with the Document Management Department, while the Process Management Department works with the Quality Division, to improve the soundness and quality of operations. In particular, we are enforcing compliance in business processes with the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency’s “Guidelines for M&A of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises,” as well as the “Code of Ethics” and “Voluntary Industry Regulatory Rules” established by the M&A Intermediary Association.」
