The Board of Directors' resolution to select Tahara Kunihiko (田原邦彦) as a candidate for a new director has been canceled. Watanabe Atsushi (渡邉篤) is the sole candidate for a new director.
Minami Katsuyuki (南勝之), a director, expressed a desire to continue serving as an outside director because, following adjustments to his work schedule and other matters, he will remain able to attend meetings of the Company's Board of Directors and perform related duties.
