「On 10 November 2022, we announced that 大東製糖株式会社, known for its “Sudakito” sugar, would become our largest shareholder and that we would begin considering a business alliance between the two companies. Subsequently, we established a Business Alliance Committee and held discussions between the companies. As a result, we decided to enter into a business alliance agreement with the company.」
