Through the alliance, the companies will work together to create customer value, optimize business profitability, and contribute to regional economic development, while seeking to address issues including labor shortages, productivity improvement, and work-style reform. Payment was completed on 30 May 2017. The Company disposed of 1,010,000 common shares to Takasago Thermal Engineering Co.,Ltd. through a third-party allotment, for total proceeds of ¥554,490,000.」
