Reason for the revision

Following a review of the outlook based on the consolidated results for the first quarter, net sales are expected to exceed the previous forecast because progress on carried-over construction projects is expected to exceed the assumptions made at the beginning of the fiscal year, among other factors. Each profit level is expected to exceed the previous forecast for every profit item on both a consolidated and non-consolidated basis, due to higher sales and improved project profitability, among other factors. Full-year consolidated orders received are also expected to increase from ¥270,000 million to ¥300,000 million, and favorable ordering conditions are expected to continue.

Previous-period resultsConsolidated: net sales of ¥254,674 million, operating profit of ¥27,991 million, ordinary profit of ¥29,287 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥23,688 million, and earnings per share of ¥153.51. Non-consolidated: net sales of ¥222,826 million, operating profit of ¥23,932 million, ordinary profit of ¥27,375 million, net income of ¥22,990 million, and earnings per share of ¥148.99 (fiscal year ended March 2026)
