First-Quarter Financial Results Presentation for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2027

In Q1 FY2027, revenue increased significantly due to contributions from the newly consolidated かならぼ and clinic-related entities. Operating loss and ordinary loss narrowed from the same period of the previous year. Meanwhile, net loss attributable to owners of the parent increased due to the reversal of the tax refund recognized in the previous year.

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Revenue was driven by the newly consolidated かならぼ and clinic-related entities. Operating loss improved as the decline following WinC's large-scale advertising investment in the same period of the previous year, together with profit contributions from かならぼ and HaD, more than offset the effects of the business reorganization and increased amortization of goodwill. Net loss worsened because the ¥52 million tax refund recognized in the previous year fell away, while consolidated tax expense of ¥26 million was recorded in the current period.
