Resolved 18 May 2026To ensure the steady execution of the Medium-Term Management Plan 2027, which is currently being pursued, and achievement of its targets, a new Business Planning Department will be established to oversee all headquarters, strengthening profit management in the business divisions and promoting collaboration among headquarters. As a result, the management administration functions will specialize in management strategy, promoting the formulation of more advanced strategies and the optimization of management resource allocation across the Company. In addition, to advance the existing Social Infrastructure Headquarters, it will be strategically reorganized into the Road Infrastructure Headquarters and the Building Engineering Headquarters, enhancing the Company's understanding of customer needs while achieving both expertise and agility through the optimal use of resources.
A new Business Planning Department will be established. The Planning Department will be reorganized, with the Corporate Planning Office, Sustainability Office and other units reorganized into the Corporate Planning and Sustainability Office. The Social Infrastructure Headquarters will be reorganized into the Road Infrastructure Headquarters and the Building Engineering Headquarters.
