「By the end of the 88th fiscal year, the fiscal year ending December 2027, three years from now, we aim to achieve net sales of ¥3.220 trillion, ordinary profit of ¥280 billion, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥176 billion and ROE of at least 15%. The overall theme of this medium-term management plan is “Three Years of Reform and Execution for Breakthrough Growth,” supported by five basic policies: “Challenge of Decarbonization,” “Enhancing Earnings Power,” “Deepening Global Expansion,” “Strengthening the Management Foundation,” and “Further Integrating Business and ESG.”」
As a new three-year medium-term management plan following Phase 1, the Company established numerical targets for net sales, ordinary profit, net income and ROE for the fiscal year ending December 2027, together with five basic policies.
