Effective 26 June 2026, Etsuko Mori (森悦子) (outside corporate auditor) and Kim Tae-ho (金太浩) (outside director) are scheduled to become new appointees. All persons who meet the requirements for independent officer status, including existing officers Norihiko Tokeji (渡慶次憲彦) and 清威人, have been designated as independent officers.

The Company explains that the new appointees will be able to contribute to compliance, governance, management oversight and business-related advice by drawing on their experience and knowledge as a public prosecutor or their experience serving as directors of multiple global companies and manufacturing businesses, and that there is no risk of a conflict of interest with general shareholders.
