Reason for the revision

Revenue has been revised downward because temporary revenue contributions from sales of large medical equipment and other products by the C&Br service, the start of new transactions involving the purchase of medical and long-term care reimbursement receivables by the F&I service, and other factors were lower than expected, as were certain revenue items in the HR&OS service. Meanwhile, profit has been revised upward because consulting projects in the C&Br service exceeded expectations, the gross profit margin increased due to changes in the revenue mix, and selling, general and administrative expenses, particularly personnel expenses, were lower than expected.

Previous-period resultsConsolidated revenue of ¥1,502 million, consolidated operating income of ¥299 million, consolidated ordinary income of ¥300 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥220 million, and consolidated earnings per share of ¥98.85
