The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.SG&A expenses increased by a total of ¥52 million, reflecting higher personnel-related costs, rent and depreciation expenses associated with the head office relocation, outsourcing costs related to enhanced disclosure and risk management systems following the listing, and higher allowance for doubtful accounts due to the increase in purchased receivables. Operating profit declined as a result of the increase in SG&A expenses. Ordinary profit increased due to non-operating income, including ¥26 million in insurance surrender value gains.
