Basis for determining the amount to be paid
The amount was based on the closing price of ¥1,555 for the Company's common stock on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market on 3 July 2026, the business day preceding the date of the Board of Directors' resolution. The deviations from the average closing price were 2.24% for the one-month period (4 June to 3 July 2026), -0.70% for the three-month period (6 April to 3 July 2026), and -7.82% for the six-month period (5 January to 3 July 2026).
