In the civil engineering business, contract amounts have increased through design change negotiations and costs have been reduced through budget reviews. The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

In the building business, additional and amended contracts associated with rising prices have increasingly been concluded, while in the civil engineering business, contract amounts have increased through design change negotiations and costs have been reduced through budget reviews. The dividend was increased in light of the revision to the full-year consolidated earnings forecast and the dividend policy of maintaining a DOE of 5% or more and progressive dividends.
