「The Group upgraded the mobile remote-control room used in its initial unmanned construction operations and developed a new high-performance mobile remote-control room equipped with ICT. The room is fitted with digital-transmission equipment and supports fourth-generation unmanned construction using wireless LAN. Previously, preparing for deployment at a disaster site required 5–10 days, but the mobile control room can be brought into operation in 1 day when a wireless base station is installed on the roof, or in approximately 3 days when a separate wireless base station must be installed using wired LAN or fiber-optic cable.」
