The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. For the fiscal year ending April 2026, the Company attributed the downward revision to the loss of a major order for 学びエイド for Enterprise at the end of the previous fiscal year and the longer-than-expected time required to rebuild its order acquisition activities. Going forward, it plans to collaborate with NOVA Holdings, roll out existing content across the group, and increase the proportion of recurring revenue in order to establish a stable earnings base less susceptible to fluctuations in individual projects.
