Reason for the revision

In the construction business, net sales and profit from completed construction contracts are expected to increase due to higher amounts resulting from design changes. In the OLY business, strong sales in the first half are expected to continue in the second half. The real estate business is in line with the original plan. On a consolidated basis, some subsidiaries are expected to outperform their plans, while 港シビル is expected to incur higher construction costs and administrative expenses due to an extension of the construction period. The non-consolidated ordinary income forecast also reflects dividend income received, and the net income forecast reflects the recognition of income taxes and other taxes.

Previous-period resultsConsolidated: net sales of ¥6,443 million, operating income of ¥785 million, ordinary income of ¥759 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥518 million and net income per share of ¥27.80. Non-consolidated: net sales of ¥4,736 million, operating income of ¥653 million, ordinary income of ¥662 million, net income of ¥485 million and net income per share of ¥26.04 (fiscal year ended July 2025)

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The main reasons are an increase in profit from completed construction contracts due to design changes in the construction business, strong sales in the OLY business and some subsidiaries outperforming their plans. At 港シビル, however, construction costs and administrative expenses are expected to increase due to an extension of the construction period, resulting in lower construction profit. The non-consolidated ordinary income forecast also reflects higher operating income and dividend income received, while the net income forecast reflects the increase in ordinary income and the recognition of income taxes and other taxes.
