The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Regarding the abolition of senior advisers, advisers and similar positions, former directors are not involved in management decision-making, and the current management team is appropriately carrying out its duties. Regarding individual disclosure of compensation, the Company has policies and procedures for determining compensation and discloses total compensation and other information by executive category in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Regarding the additional dividend and treasury share acquisition, the Company’s policy is to provide stable shareholder returns while securing the funds necessary for growth investments, business continuity and the maintenance of financial soundness, using a payout ratio of 30% as a guideline and DOE of 1.5% as a floor. A large-scale acquisition of treasury shares would make growth investments difficult.
