「This method is a technology for preventing tile detachment in which a sheet with fibers embedded in its base fabric is attached to the formwork, causing the fibers to become embedded in the surface of the underlying concrete and penetrate the tile-bonding mortar, thereby mechanically bonding the concrete and mortar. We have pursued this as joint research under the Joint Research Forum and obtained performance certification. We will work toward adoption at construction sites.」
A method using a fiber sheet was jointly developed to prevent personal injury and property damage caused by falling tiles, and performance certification was obtained. Adoption at construction sites is planned.
