「Through this capital and business alliance, the company aims to create business opportunities that could not be realized independently and enhance corporate value by mutually leveraging the company's technologies, expertise and customer base in the corrosion protection field and Hulic Co.,Ltd.'s broad business network, financial resources, and expertise in M&A and new business development. The alliance also aims to promote growth in the company's corrosion protection and other businesses and the development of the infrastructure-related business envisioned by Hulic Co.,Ltd. through the mutual leveraging of the respective expertise and management resources of the company, Hulic Co.,Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively referred to below as the Hulic Group.」
On 3 August 2026, the company entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Hulic Co.,Ltd. and, for the first time, stated its policy of mutually leveraging its technologies and customer base in the corrosion protection field and Hulic Co.,Ltd.'s network, financial resources, and expertise in M&A and new business development.
