「This business collaboration combines our construction capabilities and ability to respond to local needs with the planning and brand strength of the Phil Company Group in garage-equipped rental housing (280 completed buildings and 10,143 registered people waiting for occupancy as of the end of February 2026), and the technical foundation of the Japan CLT Technology Research Institute in CLT construction, with the aim of expanding the supply of environmentally conscious garage-equipped rental housing and promoting the use of timber and wood-based construction in Nagano Prefecture.」
With technical support from the Phil Company Group and the Japan CLT Technology Research Institute, the company has disclosed for the first time an initiative to begin constructing, selling and maintaining “Sustainable PGH” using domestically sourced CLT in Nagano Prefecture.
