The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. For the fiscal year ended April 2026, higher orders received in the construction business in the previous consolidated fiscal year led to an increase in construction revenue, while increases in the number of properties under management resulted in higher rental and management fee income, boosting performance. For the fiscal year ending April 2027, revenue is expected to increase on higher orders received, but operating profit is expected to decline because selling, general and administrative expenses will increase as a result of upfront investments, including active recruitment and hiring activities and advertising and promotional activities.
