「As clients’ environmental awareness increases significantly, we established the SDGs Committee in July last year to discuss how our proposals, businesses and activities contribute to a sustainable society and what internal activities are necessary. In fiscal 2023, the first year of the initiative, we selected personnel expected to play a central role in SDGs activities and conducted training to raise internal knowledge of the SDGs, led primarily by internal instructors. We will continue internal training through the SDGs Committee and add 3 new participants to the 3 participants from the previous fiscal year, thereby developing internal talent.」
