Reason for the revision

The Company had previously left the forecast undecided because it was difficult to reasonably calculate the impact on earnings of Renesas's request to terminate this agreement. The forecast has now been calculated based on the outlook for that impact, results for the first quarter of the fiscal year, and information and forecasts available at this time. In the Device Business, some businesses are expected to wind down, while continued market recovery as inventory adjustments ease and expanding demand for memory semiconductors are expected. In the Solutions Business, although rising prices for some components are a concern, the increasing sophistication of AI use and strong corporate IT-related investment are expected.

Previous-period resultsNet sales ¥359,948 million, operating profit ¥10,128 million, ordinary profit ¥8,930 million, profit attributable to owners of parent ¥7,440 million, and earnings per share ¥185.59 (fiscal year ended March 2026)
Dividend forecast revisionNo revision. Unchanged from the previous fiscal year at ¥140 per share (interim dividend: ¥70; year-end dividend: ¥70).
