Items this document does not state (11)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The increase in operating income was due to a higher mix of high-margin products in the Device Business and contributions from new, highly profitable projects, as well as growth in high-value-added projects, particularly in the AI field, in the Solutions Business. The decline in net income was mainly due to a decrease in extraordinary income and expenses from ¥5.93 billion in the previous fiscal year to ¥2.32 billion. The FY2026 earnings forecast was left undetermined because discussions with Renesas are ongoing, making it difficult to forecast future earnings trends.
