Revised forecast
Fiscal year ending July 2026 · Interim consolidated cumulative period and full yearPrevious forecast published 12 September 2025The bar length represents the relative magnitude of change, based on the item that changed the most in this document.
In the renovation business, the Company was able to raise the average construction price, but the number of projects contracted fell below the initial plan. In the real estate distribution business, many properties had purchase prices that did not meet investment return criteria, resulting in the number of properties purchased and sold falling short of plan. In the real estate construction business, the Company generated interest through the establishment of its new “¥9.9 million Home” brand and its sales and advertising activities, but it will take time for these efforts to contribute to results, and orders and sales of custom-built and spec-built homes fell significantly below initial expectations. The shortfall in revenue made it impossible to absorb increased personnel and advertising expenses, and the Company also recorded an impairment loss on goodwill. For the full year, taking into account the impact of the interim period, the current order environment, and uncertainty surrounding domestic and overseas economic and business conditions, the Company expects performance from the third quarter onward to remain weak.

The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The number of renovation projects contracted, the number of properties purchased and sold in the real estate distribution business, and orders and sales of custom-built and spec-built homes in the real estate construction business fell below plan or expectations. As a result, revenue fell short of target, making it impossible to absorb personnel expenses and advertising expenses associated with the expansion of the Group's organization. The Company also recorded an impairment loss on goodwill of ¥21.314 million as an extraordinary loss. For the full year, in addition to the impact of the interim period, the Company judged that performance from the third quarter onward would be weaker than initially expected, given the uncertain order environment and domestic and overseas economic and business conditions.
