Items this document does not state (11)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the HR business, the staffing agency and RPO businesses progressed steadily, while in the Media PR business, completed transactions in the newly launched M&A advisory business contributed to revenue. In the public-private co-creation business, the cancellation of a major customer, and in the Global Innovation business, slower orders for the information portal SaaS, were factors behind the decline in revenue. Adjusted EBITDA was affected by hiring and marketing investments in the HR business and the absence of one-off M&A-related expenses recorded in the same quarter of the previous year.
