Reason for the revision

The initiatives to develop human resources and improve productivity through the 岐阜造園アカデミー have produced results. In addition, high-value-added proposals backed by the partnership with major homebuilders have led to higher order prices and profit margins for garden exteriors. Landscape and greening projects for a large commercial facility in the Chubu region and a luxury resort hotel in the Kanto region were also completed at profit margins exceeding initial expectations through schedule management and cost control.

Previous-period resultsConsolidated: net sales of ¥6,271 million, operating profit of ¥538 million, ordinary profit of ¥549 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥384 million, and earnings per share of ¥118.60. Non-consolidated: net sales of ¥5,396 million, ordinary profit of ¥511 million, net income of ¥360 million, and earnings per share of ¥111.32.
