In addition to a certain period having elapsed since his retirement, transactions with the bank are not in a position to have a direct impact on the Company's management decisions, and he was therefore determined to have sufficient independence. Adachi Manabu (足立学) was not appointed as an independent officer because his term will expire on 25 August.
