「On 19 September 2024, the Company entered into an absorption-type company split agreement to succeed to the supermarket business operated by 株式会社スーパー丸幸, and completed the absorption-type company split on 6 November 2024. 株式会社スーパー丸幸 operates supermarkets from its base in Gunma Prefecture. The Company decided to carry out the absorption-type company split after determining that succeeding to the business would expand the retail operating locations of the Group's retail distribution business in the Kanto-Koshin region and strengthen its operating base in the region.」
