The company entered into a business alliance agreement with アドバンテッジアドバイザーズ株式会社 on 19 March 2024 and introduced a framework for receiving broad-ranging support covering domestic sales and cost reduction, overseas strategies, new businesses, M&A, DX, the medium-term management plan, human resources and organisational reform, and IR. The agreement runs from 5 April 2024 until no later than 5 April 2029.
