    「Umios 株式会社 (the “split company”) established 株式会社十勝ミートセンター (the “company established through the split”) on 1 April 2026, the effective date of the corporate split, pursuant to the corporate split plan dated 22 December 2025, and transferred to it the rights and obligations relating to the domestic beef processing and sales business operated by the split company in the Obihiro area of Hokkaido (the “corporate split”).」

    This theme was confirmed for the first time in this disclosure. Following the effective date of the corporate split, the subsequent disclosure states that 株式会社十勝ミートセンター assumed the rights and obligations relating to the business at the Tokachi plant.
