## 事業

OUG Holdings is a group centered on fishery logistics, with businesses including seafood receiving, off-market seafood wholesale, aquaculture, food processing, logistics, and other businesses. For the first quarter cumulative period, financial position and management performance showed net sales of 81,643 million JPY, operating profit 1,143 million JPY, quarterly net income attributable to parent company shareholders of 777 million JPY, quarterly comprehensive income 1,136 million JPY, total assets 91,858 million JPY, equity ratio 29.1%, and quarterly net income per share of 144.51 JPY. Compared with the same period of the previous year, net sales were up 107.6%, operating profit up 121.8%, net income attributable to parent company shareholders up 126.4%, quarterly comprehensive income significantly increased. Total assets increased by 9,870 million JPY from the end of the prior consolidated fiscal year, led mainly by an increase in inventories of 8,452 million JPY. Equity increased by 760 million JPY from the prior year-end, driven mainly by an increase in retained earnings. The group is continuing its mid-term management plan for 2021 toward the final year, focusing on expanding the fresh fish business (trading), expanding the processing business (trading), pushing regional strategies, and advancing overseas operations, along with efforts to strengthen sales and procurement capabilities, customer-centric solutions, regional response solutions, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
