## 事業

Fuji Seal International is a corporate group primarily engaged in the planning, proposal, development, manufacture and sale of packaging systems centered on shrink labels, tape labels and soft pouches. Since the current consolidated fiscal year, the group has consolidated Takeshi Torio Pharma Co., Ltd. and TAT Takeshi Asset Trading Co., Ltd. The group has production bases in Japan, the Americas, Europe and ASEAN and engages in direct transactions with overseas manufacturers. There are 27 affiliated companies as lower-tier subsidiaries. The KPI targets for 2031 are revenue of over 350 billion JPY, double-digit operating margin, ROE in double digits, PBR ≥1.5x and a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30%. Mid-term environmental targets include a 42% reduction of Scope 1+2 emissions and 25% reduction of Scope 3 by 2026, with a goal to achieve 100% of sales from environmentally considerate products by 2026.
