This report covers Torishima Manufacturing’s 137th term Q2 and 138th term Q2 consolidated cumulative periods (from April 1 to September 30, 2017 and 2018, respectively). The group’s business is mainly the Pump business (manufacture and sale of pumps). There have been no significant changes in major affiliated companies or in principal business operations. Quarterly results for the consolidated cumulative period show net sales of 19,133 million yen, an operating loss of 359 million yen (previous year’s same period had an operating loss of 797 million yen over two quarters).
