## 事業

Koike Oxygen Industry Group is a corporate group manufacturing, sourcing and selling machinery equipment, industrial gases and welding equipment. It consists of 24 consolidated subsidiaries and 25 affiliated companies. There are three divisions: Machinery Equipment, Industrial Gas, and Welding Equipment, with domestic and overseas sales and manufacturing bases. R&D is conducted mainly by the Machinery Equipment division in collaboration with consolidated subsidiaries. R&D spend for the year is  destiné 270 百万円. Planned capex includes building a new gas production plant in the Kansai region.
