## 事業

CAICA DIGITAL is a corporate group operating in IT services and financial services. In the first quarter cumulative period, IT services saw steady system development for financial institutions, while financial services expanded sales through crypto-asset-based products and investment/operation activities. As of January 31, 2022, the group consisted of the company, 15 consolidated subsidiaries, and 1 equity-method affiliate. IT services expanded in core systems development for financial institutions and large new orders, with a higher proportion of primary contracts and expansion of crypto-asset related development. Financial services benefited from consolidation of Kaika Exchange Holdings, Kaika Exchange, and Kaika Capital, contributing to revenue growth, while operating loss narrowed due to profits from crypto-asset financing and investments; special gains included a settlement receipt of 550 million JPY, significantly improving net income attributable to parent.
