## 事業

五洋建設は、建設業を主たる事業とする企業であり、国内土木・国内建築・海外建設・その他の関連事業を手掛ける。第1四半期連結累計期間における当社グループの業績は、国内外の建設投資は底堅く推移する一方、建設資材価格の高騰と労務費の上昇等のコスト上昇が影響を及ぼしている。海外拠点としてシンガポール・香港における建設投資は堅調に推移したが、国内同様に資材価格の高騰と労務費の上昇に直面している。なお、当社グループの研究開発費は6百万円である。事業上・財務上の対処すべき課題に重要な変更はない。重要な契約等の決定・締結等はない。主要な事業指標等の推移については、四半期連結財務諸表の提出会社は記載していない。
